A small cottage in the fictional 2D world of Andalasia. Giselle is
hoping the day comes soon when she will find true love. As luck
would have it, a handsome prince hears her singing and saves her
from a hungry troll. They ride off into the sunset on his horse,
Destiny. The next day, the animals help Giselle prepare for her
wedding but thinking Giselle is taking away her only son, Queen
Narissa disguises herself as an old beggarwoman and pushes
Giselle into a magical well.
Giselle literally falls into the 3D world of modern day Manhattan.
A businessman, Robert, and his young daughter, Morgan, spot
Giselle trying to enter a billboard of a castle, and take her home
with them. When she tells them about her fairytale home, Morgan is
entranced. Robert thinks she's crazy - especially when she
invites the vermin of new york city into his home. Robert's fiancée,
Nancy, arrives. Seeing Giselle in his apartment immediately gets the
wrong idea. Not being able to figure out where Andalasia is, he
takes her to work with him to see if his PA can help.
He's a divorce
lawyer and Giselle is distressed when she discovers that in this
world people don't always live happily ever after.
