The Miracle Project is a theatre and film arts program for children with special needs. In 2007 the project produced a documentary film "Autism - The Musical" which followed several autistic children, their families and the creative team as they worked to put on a live musical production.

The project was founded by Elaine Hall who has worked as a professional acting coach for television and film artists. She has been dubbed the "Child Whisperer" by the media for her work and innovative programs. Her son Neal has autism.
